Who would win (Rambo Vs. Spiderman) and why?

Unsure as to the location, theoretically Peter Parker would be just as adept in the forest and jungle as he is in the city (PS: I would really like to see Spiderman in the forest hollywood, let's make it happen, the lizard's got to get to that jungle some time)
