What should I do?? Does she mean it when she says she's done with me?

Long story short I fell in love for one of the bestest friends i have ever had. I pushed her away when she loved me because I was afraid of hurting my first love. I'm so lost and confused. She said she's done with me but does she mean it? We haven't really spoken for a year, I've tried fixing at least our friendship but she refuses to. She won't even see me. Should I accept it and move on or should I keep trying?? If I move on shoul I get rid of anything that reminds me of her?? Ahh I'm soo lost
