Should we vote on whether the Obese should have the right to marry?

I mean, if people are such bias bigots to deny other adults the FREEDOM of choice on such matters, perhaps it shouldn't stop there: why not vote on whether the obese have the right to marry, vote on whether inter-religious have the right to marry...the union of two different religions is an abomination is it not? Why not vote whether its illegal to wear blue on tuesday and red on thrusday...it would cut back on innocent bystander deaths caused by gangs. Lets vote on whether or not we want and need the Constitution while we are at it...why not, seems people are heading in that direction by will anyway? come on quiters, lets have some commitment here and go all the way!!!
