OBL WAS ACTIVELY COMMANDING TERROR?

Although I tend to be a liberal, I don't think we should be blaming the conservatives. It takes years to gather intel and put it all together. We have been trying to catch OBL since Clinton was in office. I'm a big Obama supporter but if McCain had won the election he would have gotten OBL. It was just a matter of time.
