Every mornin wen i wake up i puke. is dis normal cause im worried?

every morning when i wake up i puke. sometimes on myself and when im lucky it manages to dodge my night gown. for some strange reason i find this abnormal.isit?im always tired and thirsty. my family also has a history of diabetes. is there anyone out here that can help me because im to embarrased to go to my doctor with the problem as he only works in the mornin and i am afraid i will get sick on him. 100 points for the person who can answer the bestest :)
