Movie like rambo first blood?

Okay so its a movie with a guy that kind of looks like sylvester stallone and he is an ex assassin that escapes custody from an armored vehicle and then they come after him in the forest and he kills all of them with a knife and a string booby trap thing. there is also a scene where he visits his ex family and there is a girl he is trying to explain his predicament to and then he has to run away.
