Eye swelling ? Pleaseeeee help?

My best friend is leaving for the summer and today I was thinking about her and I started crying because She's my bestest friend ever and I'm gonna miss her alot. My eyes are ok right but i know in the morning when i wake up there gonna be swelled up ( happens everytime ) Anywyz everytime I cry my eyes swell up and stay swelled for about 12 hours. Anywyz tomoo is my birthday party and I don't them to be swelled. Is there anything I can do to prevent the swelling or make the swelling go away ?
