DOES HE LIKE ME? (6th-7th grade)?

Theres this boy i knew in my class ever since 2nd grade. And ever since then i had a crush on him continuing till now. our mothers work together and his sister is my bestest friend. i dont know if he has left and hints until 4th grade cause i dont remember. He always would make fun of me or tease me but sometimes he would be really nice to me and we have some pretty good moments. We watch movies alot and stuff but he would constatnly tease me and i think hes serious sometimes. because i dont know if hes serious or not i dont know if i should tell him i like him. help please?
