How can I have the best summer ever this summer?

Okay I have until next Wednesday to figure out and plan how to have a great summer. All the summers I had were suckyish and I want to have a great one before I come back in the fall for Junior year. I need friends to have a good one, I have alot of friends here but I only got a few numbers in my phone and it would be hard to get contact with others when i wanna do something. My bestest friend might be moving in with me soon so i wanna have some plans and tips to fall back on. im interested in tanning and girls and having fun.
